A fifteen-storeys mixed use complex integrating a shopping mall and a performing arts centre. The shopping mall is occupying the bottom six floors; the arts centre the top nine floors of The Star.
The entire buidling is open to public discovery. In total, there are 14 lifts, 6 horizontal autowalks and 45 escalators to facilitate the movement of people within the building.
